YSR Rythu Bharosa List – The Government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme to support farmer families belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, minority landless, and tenant farmers. This scheme offers financial aid of Rs 13,500 per farmer family. Initially launched on 15th October, it also provides various other benefits. YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2025
Launched on 15th October 2019, substantial funds of around 6162.45 crores were distributed in the scheme’s first year, helping 45 lakh farmer families. The contribution was split between the Central Government (Rs 2525 crore under PM Kisan) and the State Government (Rs 3637.45 crore). In the following year, Rs 6750.67 crore was deposited to 49.40 lakh farmers, where Rs 3784.67 crore came from the state and Rs 2966 crore from the Central Government under the PM Kisan Yojana.
The financial aid will be disbursed to beneficiaries following field inspections under the YSR Bharosa scheme. Each eligible beneficiary receives Rs 13,500 — Rs 6000 from the Central Government and Rs 7500 from the State Government. The first installment of Rs 5500 will be credited to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts on 15th May 2025.

Installment Of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme
The YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme aims to provide financial support to farmers. The second installment is expected to transfer benefits on 26th October. Alongside this, assistance under the YSR zero-interest loan and YSR Yantra Seva scheme will also take place on that date. The cumulative amount of approximately Rs 2190 crore will be transferred under these schemes, benefitting 50.37 lakh farmers with Rs 2502 each, with total disbursements reaching Rs 18777 crore so far.
List Of Beneficiaries Under The Scheme
The YSR Rythu Bharosa beneficiary list is created by the Real-Time Government Society (RTGS). Approximately 66,54,891 landowner farmers have been identified to receive benefits, with around 15.36 lakh tenant farmers also eligible. Overall, about 81.90 lakh farmers in Andhra Pradesh (both landowner and tenant) will benefit from the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme. Initially, separate financial aid was planned; however, it was later merged with the PM Kisan scheme for landholder farmers, ensuring support through direct bank transfers.
Benefits of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme
- Farmers will receive loans at zero percent interest.
- Annual financial assistance of Rs 13,500, amounting to Rs 67,500 over five years for each farmer family.
- Tenant farmers will receive Rs 2500 annually.
- Farmers will get up to nine hours of free electricity daily.
- Free borewell facilities for irrigation.
- Exemption from road tax on tractors.
- Establishment of cold storage units across the state.
- Life insurance coverage of Rs 5 lakh for farmers’ families.
- The government will cover insurance premiums.
- Completion of pending irrigation projects for better water management.
Modalities Of Transfer Of Benefit
- Payments will be made directly to beneficiaries via direct benefit transfer.
- RTGS department will oversee the direct payment through sponsor banks with support from the state account manager.
- A grievance redressal mechanism will be in place via call centers for farmers needing assistance.
- Citizens can also reach out for support through the toll-free number 1100 1902.
- Coordination with the agriculture department will ensure effective grievance resolutions.
- District-level committees will be set up for grievance management.
- Beneficiaries will receive SMS notifications upon crediting of benefits to their accounts.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
- Applicants should be involved in the agricultural sector.
- Small, marginal, or tenant farmers can apply.
- Farmers must possess at least five acres of cultivated land.
Exclusions Under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme
Certain individuals are not eligible for this scheme. Exclusions include:
- Retired personnel or pensioners receiving 10,000 or more monthly (excluding Class 4 employees).
- Taxpayers who paid commercial/professional tax or GST in the last year.
- Those converting agricultural land for non-agricultural uses.
- Individuals who paid income tax in the last financial year.
- Professionals registered with their respective bodies, including doctors and lawyers.
- Employees of government or local bodies (excluding Class 4 staff).
- Politicians, including former members of parliament or assembly.
- Institutional landholders or families with elected officials members.
Procedure to Check YSR Rythu Bharosa List 2025
- To verify if you are on the YSR Rythu Bharosa Beneficiary List, visit the official website.
- Select the login option from the menu.
- Enter your username and password.
- Fill in the captcha code and click “login”.
- If you forgot your password, click on “forget password”.
- Input your registered mobile number and click “Get OTP”.
- Enter the OTP you received and create a new password.
- Click Verify and log in with your User ID & Password.
- Your eligibility details will be displayed on the screen.
- To search, enter your Khata number in the search box.
- Your beneficiary details will appear on the screen.
Edit The Information Of The Beneficiary
- Follow the same steps as above.
- Click the “edit” option to modify your details from the last column.
- Your details will display, including “Web land information” and “Pss information”.
- If correct, click “verify status” and select “details matched.”
- Choose marital status, caste details, and beneficiary type.
- Select type of land, crop, and check status. If not matched, select “details not matched” to state a reason.
- Click submit to save your changes.
Procedure to Check YSR Rythu Bharosa Payment Status
- To get your Rythu Bharosa Payment Status, visit the official website.
- Select “Payment status” from the menu on the home page.
- On the new page, enter your Aadhaar card number.
- Complete the captcha code shown on the screen and click submit.
- Your payment status will be displayed on the screen once submitted.
Verification Under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme
- Beneficiary data will be verified based on web land data from the revenue department.
- The revenue department will rectify any errors in the web land records.
- Joint verification will be carried out by the multi-purpose extension officer.
- Further verification involves 5% at the Mandal level and 2% at the divisional level.
- A deputy collector rank officer will supervise the entire process within each assembly constituency.
- The agriculture department will integrate multiple data sources for accurate beneficiary status.

- Farmers must follow specific conditions to receive benefits under the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme.

Review, Monitoring And Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- A review mechanism will be established at the state and district levels.
- The state committee, led by the principal secretary of agriculture, will oversee the monitoring and grievance process.
- District committees will be formed with the district collector at the helm for effective grievance resolution.
- Civil-level committees at the Mandal level will be created to handle grievances efficiently.
- Grievances should be addressed on merit ideally within two weeks of report.
