Eligibility Criteria for Thalliki Vandanam Scheme 2025
- Income Limits: Rural families earning ₹10,000 or less per month; urban families earning ₹12,000 or less per month.
- Ration Card: Family must have a valid rice/ration card.
- Land Ownership: Should not own more than 3 acres wetland, 10 acres dry land, or total 10 acres.
- Vehicle Ownership: No four-wheelers allowed (except tractors, taxis, or goods vehicles).
- Electricity Use: Average monthly usage must be under 300 units for the past year.
- Property Ownership: Should not own municipal property of 1000 sq ft or more.
- Employment and Pension: No family member employed in central/state government or PSUs, or receiving government pension. Exception for sanitation and low-wage government workers earning below income limits.
- Income Tax: No family member should pay income tax.
- Household Registration: Must be in the State Household Database. Field verification happens if child’s guardian is missing.
- Student Enrollment: Children must be in Classes 1 to 12 in recognized schools or junior colleges. Students enrolled in ITI, Polytechnic, IIIT (RGUKT), or fee-waived courses are not eligible.
- Special Cases: Orphans and street children registered through NGOs are eligible after verification.
- Bank and Aadhaar: Mother’s bank account must be Aadhaar-linked and NPCI verified for Direct Benefit Transfer.
- Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance needed yearly to keep getting benefits.
