- Vehicle Ownership: No four-wheelers allowed (except tractors, taxis, or goods vehicles).
- Electricity Use: Average monthly usage must be under 300 units for the past year.
- Property Ownership: Should not own municipal property of 1000 sq ft or more.
- Employment and Pension: No family member employed in central/state government or PSUs, or receiving government pension. Exception for sanitation and low-wage government workers earning below income limits.

Thalliki Vandanam Scheme Eligibility List 2025 – Online Process
STEP 1: Go to the NBM Status Check Portal.
STEP 2: Choose “Thalliki Vandanam” as the scheme name and select year 2025-26.
STEP 3: Enter your Aadhaar number and the captcha code.
STEP 4: Click on “GET OTP”. Enter the OTP received on your mobile.
STEP 5: Now you can see your application and payment status on the screen.
