Need to get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for veterinary drugs and vaccines? The Nandi Portal has made this process simple and quick by bringing it online. Launched by the Government of India on June 26, 2024, Nandi (which stands for NOC Approval for New Drug and Inoculation System) is made to help you apply and get approvals fast without any hassle.
Overview of Nandi Portal
The Nandi Portal is an online system that makes it easy to get approval for new veterinary medicines and vaccines in India. It’s managed by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying. Before your drug or vaccine gets approved, it has to pass safety and quality checks by the Central Drug Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO), which oversees medicine production and marketing in India. The Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairy also gives its clearance before final approval.
