- Cleaning up land records in a mission mode
- Polygon survey of yet-to-be-surveyed 672 non-cadastral villages: According to Land Policy, 2019, the polygon survey of NC villages would prepare the ground for providing land rights to indigenous landless people who now live in these villages. 672 non-cadastral villages have yet to be surveyed
- Re-survey of 18789 cadastral villages of 27 districts using hybrid methodology: Re-survey of all cadastral villages will lead to clear titles. This method will be used to re-survey 18789 cadastral villages throughout 27 districts.

User needs to follow the below-given steps to apply for Online Services at Mission Basundhara Portal
- First of all, go to the official website of Mission Basundhara Portal i.e., https://basundhara.assam.gov.in/
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Click on the Services tab
- A new page will open on the screen with the list of services
- Now, click on the service for which you want to apply
- The service guidelines and the documents required for the respective service will display on the screen
- Now, click on the Apply Now button
- A new page will open on the screen
- Enter your mobile number and the captcha code
- After that, click on the Send OTP button
- Once you will click on the Send OTP button, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
- Enter the received OTP for verification
- Now, once you are successfully logged in, the dashboard of your account will open on the screen with four sections i.e.,
