About Karnataka Raitha Shakti Scheme 2025

Diesel machines are very important in farming, but their fuel cost has increased a lot recently. To ease this, the government allocated around Rs. 500 crore to run this scheme fully. This is the first time such a scheme has been introduced in Karnataka to cut down fuel expenses for farmers.
Through this scheme, farmers are encouraged to adopt better farming methods and save money on fuel. The scheme is managed through the Kisan software, accessible via the FRUITS portal. Farmers registered on the FRUITS platform can get benefits directly through bank transfers using the Kisan software.
Also, the Chief Minister wants to improve infrastructure for processing and marketing farm products after harvest. The government plans to set up common centres to help with post-harvest management, marketing, and export of agricultural goods with a budget of Rs. 50 crore.
