  • The agent will complete your registration and give you a Registered ID.
  • After 10–15 days, you will receive your Ayushman Card by paying a small fee of ₹30.

At Registered Government or Private Hospitals

  • Visit the nearest government or empanelled private hospital with your documents (Aadhaar, ration card, mobile number).
  • Your name will be checked in the Jan Arogya beneficiaries list.
  • If eligible, the hospital will help you get your Ayushman card.

  • Go to the official Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya website.
  • On the homepage, click on the Ayushman Card option.
