Who Can Apply for JDA New Housing Scheme 2025
- LIG-A: Annual family income up to Rs. 3,00,000
- LIG-B: Annual family income between Rs. 3,00,001 and Rs. 6,00,000
- MIG: Annual family income between Rs. 6,00,001 and Rs. 10,00,000
- The applicant must be a Rajasthan resident aged 18 years or above
- The applicant must have a bank account in their name
- The applicant, spouse, or dependents must not own a residential house anywhere in Rajasthan
- The applicant must not have received any residential plot from JDA in the last 10 years
Registration Fee and Documents You Need
Application Processing Fee
To register, you need to pay Rs. 500 as a processing fee. You can pay by debit/credit card, net banking, or cash at e-Mitra Kiosks. If you don’t get a plot, this fee will be refunded.
