Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Scheme
Update as of 4th January 2024 – The monthly pension under the YSR Pension Kanuka scheme has been increased from Rs 2,750 to Rs 3,000. This change was announced by Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, benefiting approximately 66 lakh individuals including widows, elderly citizens, single women, and HIV-positive individuals who are in need of financial assistance. The increased pension amount is expected to significantly enhance the quality of life for these beneficiaries.
