12th April 2024 Update: The anticipation is over as Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is set to release Rs 658.60 crores soon for the YSR EBC Nestham scheme. This amount will be directly credited into the bank accounts of nearly 4.39 lakh women from Reddy, Kamma, Brahmin, Arya Vysya, Kshatriya, Velama, and other OC communities. The scheme supports women from economically backward classes and provides Rs 15,000 annually to each beneficiary for three years.
