Eligibility for Applying under UP Labour Card List 2025
- You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
- You must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- Your monthly income should be less than ₹15,000.
- You should have worked at least 90 days as a construction worker.

- Then choose the Labourers List by District/Block option.
- A new page will open where you need to enter details like your district, municipality (for city residents) or development block (for rural residents), nature of work, and the captcha code.
- Click the Submit button.
- The labour card holders list of your region will appear.
- Check if your name is in the list.

- On the homepage dashboard, click on Total Renewed Labourers.

How to Register Your Complaint?
- Go to the official website of Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- On the homepage, click on the Contact Us tab and then choose Complaint.
- You will be taken to the Labour Department’s call center website.
- Click on the Register Complaint option.
- A new page will open. Fill in all the required details carefully.
- Click on Add Complaint to submit it.
- You can now register your complaint online easily.
