Who Can Get Thalliki Vandanam Scheme Benefits?
- Income: Rural families earning up to ₹10,000/month and urban families up to ₹12,000/month.
- Ration Card: Must have a valid rice/ration card.
- Land Ownership: Should not own more than 3 acres wetland, 10 acres dry land, or 10 acres total.
- Vehicle Ownership: No four-wheelers allowed except tractors, taxis, or goods vehicles.
- Electricity Use: Monthly use below 300 units in the last year.
- Property: Should not own municipal property over 1000 sq ft.
- Employment: No government or PSU job or pension, except sanitation or low-income government workers within income limits.

How is the Payment Made?
- After confirming eligibility, AP Welfare and Finance departments provide the funds for payment.
