- On the login page, enter your 11-digit Employee Number and your PAN Number.

- Visit the SECR official website: https://secr.indianrailways.gov.in/
- Click on “Employee Login” and sign in using your Employee Number and PAN.
- Once logged in, go to your dashboard.
- Select the “Salary Slip 2025” or “Pay Slip” option.
- Choose the month and year for your salary slip.
- Click “Search” to see your salary slip details.

- Click the “EPF I Grievance Management System” link on the homepage.
- A new page will open; click “Register Grievance.”
- Enter your UAN number and the security code shown.
- Click “Get Details” to fetch your info.
- Click “Send OTP” to get a code on your registered mobile.
- Enter the OTP for verification.
- Choose the right grievance category and explain your complaint.
- Upload any supporting documents.
- Enter the Captcha code and submit your grievance.
