Step 1: Visit the official website — banglarbhumi.gov.in.
Step 2: At the homepage, click on the ‘Sign Up’ option.

Step 3: After Cliking on it a Public Registration Form will be appear

Step 4: Now in this form you have to enter your name, address, parents’ names, district, Email Id , Mobile Number and Password to create then enter the captcha code & click on submit button.

STEP 1: Visit the Banglarbhumi official website.
STEP 2: Click on “Sign In” and enter your ID and password

To check land records:
- Go to homepage and click “Know Your Property“.
- Enter Your User ID and Password
- Select your district, block, and mouza.
- Enter plot or khatian number, captcha and click “View”.
To apply for Record of Rights (RoR):
STEP 1: Visit West Bengal e-District website.
STEP 2: Register as a citizen with name and contact details.
STEP 3: Complete application, upload documents and submit.
STEP 4: You will get an acknowledgment slip. RoR will be issued after verification.
To check mutation application with status:
STEP 1: Log in to the portal.

Visit https://www.banglarbhumi.gov.in. and register yourself to apply for Plot Map application.

After Registration, login using mobile no & password along with captcha and proceed to apply for Plot Map using Citizen Services-> Service Delivery-> Plot Map Request.
After submitting the Plot Map application, Proceed for Fees Payment.
Status of Plot Map application can be viewed from Citizen Services-> Service Delivery -> Request GRN Search.
After digitally signed from BL&LRO office, applicant can download it after his/her own login from ‘Citizen Services-> Service Delivery -> Signed ROR/PI/PLM Copy(s)’, OR after any citizen’s login ‘Citizen Services-> Service Delivery -> Request GRN Search’.
