If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, you can block it by following these simple steps:
- Go to the official Sanchar Saathi website.
- On the homepage, click on CEIR Services.
- Select Block Stolen/Lost Mobile.
- Fill in the details asked about your mobile phone: mobile number, brand, model, and upload the purchase receipt.
- Provide details about the loss, including location, date, state, district, police station, FIR number, and upload FIR copy.
- Enter your personal info: name, address, ID number, email, captcha code, and mobile number for OTP.
- Click on “Get OTP” and enter the OTP you receive on your mobile number.
- This completes the blocking of your lost or stolen phone.
