Flat Prices Under RHB E-Auction 2025
A total of 177 flats for economically weaker sections and 130 flats for lower-income groups are being constructed in Sector 8 of Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, under the Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana. The prices for these flats are set at ₹711,000 and ₹1,111,000, respectively. Additionally, there will be 1,346 flats built—726 for economically weaker sections and 620 for lower-income groups in Sector 26, Pratap Nagar, with prices of ₹765,000 and ₹1,111,000. Moreover, 808 flats will be developed in Bhiwadi Aravali Vihar, with prices ranging from ₹701,000 to ₹1,042,000. The flats in Jaipur will have G+12 construction, while those in Bhiwadi will be G+3. Studio apartments are also being introduced near Sector 8, Pratap Nagar with a size of 425 sq. ft. priced at ₹850,000.

- Final payments are due within 60 days.
