This scheme mainly supports girls from backward communities in Rajasthan such as Banjara, Lohar, Gujjar, Raika, and Rebari. Girls studying from 12th standard to post-graduation can get benefits. Besides the free scooty, the government also offers incentives to these girls which help them a lot. To qualify, the beneficiary’s family income should not be more than 2 lakh rupees per year. Also, if there is a gap year between 12th and the first year of college, the girl will not get benefits under this scheme.

Incentive Amount Under Devnarayan Free Scooty Yojana
- Girls scoring 75% or more in 12th, first, second, or third year of graduation will get Rs. 10,000 per year as an incentive.
- Girls pursuing post-graduation with 75% or more marks in first or second year will receive Rs. 20,000 per year.
- The education department will select 1,000 girls based on their results for this scheme.
- Benefits are available to women whether they are married, unmarried, widowed, or abandoned by their husband.
Purpose of Rajasthan Free Scooty Yojana
The main goal is to increase the literacy rate among women in Rajasthan, especially from rural and backward areas, by giving free scooters and financial support. This helps girls continue their education and reach higher studies with proper resources and encouragement.
