Who Can Apply: PM Internship Scheme Eligibility Details
- You must be an Indian resident.
- Age should be between 21 and 24 years.
- Allowed if enrolled in online or distance education; full-time workers and students are not allowed.
- Must have an ITI certificate, Polytechnic diploma, graduation degree (BA, B.Sc., B.Com., BCA, BBA, B.Pharma), or HSC/equivalent pass.

- Full-time employees or students.
- Graduates from some universities like NLU, IISER, NIDs, IIITs, IITs.
- Those with advanced degrees such as master’s, CA, CS, MBA, MBBS, BDS, PhD, etc.
- Current participants in government skill development, apprenticeships, or training programs.
- Those who have finished apprenticeships under NAPS or NATS schemes.
- Family income less than ₹8 lakh for FY 2023-24.
- Applicants or their close family members working as permanent government employees (except contract workers).
Company Eligibility Criteria
- Top 500 companies chosen based on average CSR spending in the last 3 years.
- Other companies can join if approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
