Orunodoi 3.0 Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- You need an Aadhaar-linked ration card.
- Women 18 years and older from eligible households.
- Widows, unmarried women aged 45 or above, divorced or deserted women, and transgender people can apply.
- Persons with disabilities (Divyangjan), no matter their gender, are eligible.
- Elderly or unwell women.
- Women from families where main earners are disabled or over 50 years old.
- Women living with HIV, Thalassemia, Hemophilia, Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy, or Autism.
- Women without permanent housing can also apply.

- Members of Panchayat Raj, urban local bodies, or autonomous councils.

- Households owning motorized four-wheel vehicles.
- Small landholders.
