Who Can Apply? Eligibility Rules
- Age should be between 18 and 35 years.
- Both males and females can apply.
- For Scheduled Tribe and disabled applicants, the age limit is up to 40 years.
- Applicant’s family income must be less than Rs. 2 lakh per year or must qualify under Kalia or BSKY schemes.
- People with previous unpaid loans to banks or government schemes are not allowed.
- Government employees and their families cannot apply.
- Only one family member can use benefits under this scheme.

No collateral or processing fees are required. The loan repayment period is four years.
