If you are a government official who have the access to the portal username and password to view the farmers and crops survey data, you can login on the portal by following the below simple steps.
Visit the official portal of Odisha digital crop survey at https://echasa.odisha.gov.in
Homepage of the portal will look like below.
Now, enter your username and password in the “Login for Officials” login form and click login button.
If your username and password are correct, then you will be able to see and add / update the survey data about the farmers and crops.
Odisha Crop Survey Portal Registration as Surveyor
If you want to register yourself as the surveyor on the portal, then you have to click on the “Click Here To Register as a Surveyor” button on the homepage itself and fill the application form.

Registration Process for Crop Surveyor
Step 1: Fill in Personal Details
- First Name: Enter your first name as per official documents.
- Last Name: Enter your last name/surname.
- Password: Create a strong password for your account.
- Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm.
Step 2: Provide Aadhaar Details
- Aadhaar Number: Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number for identity verification.
Step 3: Contact Information
- Email Address: Provide a valid email address. Ensure that you have access to this email as it will be used for communication and verification.
- Verification Pending: Ensure to verify your email address through the verification link sent to your email.
- Mobile Number: Enter a valid mobile number.
- Verification Pending: Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP sent to your mobile.
Step 4: Permanent Address Details
- Address Line 1: Enter your permanent address (e.g., house number, street name).
- Address Line 2 (Optional): Additional address information (e.g., apartment number, landmarks).
- PIN Code: Enter your area’s postal code.
- State: Select your state from the dropdown menu.
- District: Select your district from the dropdown menu.
- Block: Select your block or tehsil from the dropdown menu.
- Gram Panchayat: Select your Gram Panchayat.
- City/Village: Select your city or village from the dropdown.
Step 5: Survey Address Details (If Different from Permanent Address)
- State: Select the state for the survey address.
- District: Select the district for the survey address.
- Block: Select the block for the survey address.
- Gram Panchayat: Select the Gram Panchayat for the survey address.
- City/Village: Select the city or village for the survey address.
Step 6: Bank Details
- Bank Name: Select your bank from the dropdown menu.
- Bank Branch Code: Enter the branch code of your bank.
- IFSC Code: Enter the IFSC code of your bank branch.
- Bank Account Number: Enter your bank account number.
Step 7: Declaration
- Declaration: Check the box to declare that you are available for crop survey activities during the current season and year.
Step 8: Submit the Form
- Click on the Register Me button to submit your registration form.
Once your registration is approved and Survey task is assigned to you, you will be notified for the same through E-mail OR SMS.
Required Documents for Registration at Odisha Digital Crop Survey Portal
To complete your registration, you will need to keep the following documents ready:
- Aadhaar Card: For identity verification.
- Bank Passbook or Statement: To verify your bank details (bank name, branch, account number, IFSC code).
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, voter ID, or any official document showing your permanent address.
