How to Apply Online for MP Shramik Card
- Go to the official Shram Sewa Portal.
- On the homepage, scroll down and click on the ‘Forms’ option.
- Click on ‘Registration Form Size (1.042MB)’.
- A new page with the registration form will open. Click ‘View Attachment’ to download the form.
- Print the form and fill in all the details carefully.
- Attach all necessary documents and sign the form.
- Submit the filled form at the Labour Department office.
- After verification, your MP Shramik Card will be issued.
How to Download Your MP Shramik Card
- Go to the official Shram Sewa Portal.
- On the homepage, click on ‘Login’.
- Enter your username and password, type the captcha code, then click ‘Login’.
- After login, click on ‘Print Shramik Card’.
- Select the ‘Shramik Card’ option, then click ‘Download’.
- Your MP Shramik Card will be downloaded to your device.
