MP Annadoot Yojana is a new scheme started by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to connect young people with self-employment opportunities. The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, often introduces various schemes to help youth find self-work. This Annadoot Yojana is made to engage young people by giving them the responsibility of delivering food grains from the state supply corporation warehouses to ration shops.

About MP Annadoot Yojana 2025
Through MP Annadoot Yojana, the government spots young unemployed people through district collectors and helps them get vehicle loans from banks with a government guarantee to transport food grains. The government supports these loans with a 3% interest subsidy. Around 1,000 vehicles, each able to carry 6 to 8 tons of food grains, will be bought for these young people.
These vehicles will be used to carry food grains from the Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation warehouses to ration shops. Currently, 26,000 ration shops serve over 1.18 crore families with about 3 lakh tons of food grains every month. While transportation is handled by civil supplies corporation transporters, there have been complaints of corruption, which this scheme aims to stop.
