STEP 3: A new page will open. Here you need to enter your registration number or Samagra ID.

Ladli Laxmi Yojana Certificate Download – Eligibility Rules:
- The girl must be born on or after 1st January 2006.
- The girl’s parents must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh.
- If the parents have two or fewer children, they must adopt family planning after the second child.
- Parents should not pay income tax.
- For girls born on or after 1st April 2008, family planning is not needed at the time of birth, but the rule will still apply after the second delivery.
New Rules and Special Cases
- If a family has only two children, and one parent has died, then they can register the girl under the scheme until she is 5 years old.
But if the surviving parent marries again, and the new partner already has two children, then the new daughter born after remarriage will not get benefits. - Orphan girls or girls who are adopted can also get benefits under this scheme.
- If a woman gives birth to three girls in her first delivery, then all three girls will get the benefits.
- Girls born to women prisoners in jail will also be helped through this scheme.
- If a family could not go for family planning because of medical reasons, their case will be accepted for 2 years instead of 1 year.
- If a girl is born to a rape victim or a woman under difficult circumstances, she will also get full benefits of the scheme.
