Scheme Implementation
This scheme began in Andhra Pradesh with a budget of Rs 2300 crores. It was launched in Vizianagaram on 24th February 2024. Payments go directly to the student’s mother. If the mother isn’t there, the money goes to the legal guardian’s bank account.

Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria

- Sanctuary workers are not eligible.
- You must be studying Polytechnic, ITI, or Degree courses.

- You should own less than 10 acres of wetland or less than 25 acres of agricultural land (or combined less than 25 acres).
