Integrated Pensioners Portal 2025: Benefits and How to Use It Easily

Explore the Integrated Pensioners Portal 2025. Learn about benefits, services, and easy steps to access pension schemes and life certificate digitally.

The Integrated Pensioners Portal is a new online service launched by the Government of India to make things easier for pensioners. This portal aims to improve pensioners’ daily lives by offering a single platform where they can access many pension-related services. It has been ranked as the third-best government service portal in the country.

Overview of the Integrated Pensioners Portal

Started on 18 October 2024 by Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh with help from the State Bank of India, this portal provides a one-stop solution for pensioners to handle their pension-related issues. It includes links like ‘Bhavishya’ to check pension dues and track complaints, and ‘Anubhav’ where retiring officials can share their experiences.

You can also submit your life certificate online through this portal, which is important for continuing pension payments. The portal gives all the information about pension schemes, making it a single window service for pensioners and their families.

Combining Multiple Pension Portals

To make things easier for pensioners, several portals like pension distribution banks, Anubhav, CGHS, and CPENGRAMS have been combined into this one portal. This helps with better management and improved services for senior citizens across India. All 18 pension distribution banks are part of the Integrated Pensioners Portal.

Through this portal, pensioners can access pension slips, check the status of their life certificate, and download Form 16. Since 22 November, a digital life certificate campaign has helped over 30 lakh pensioners submit their certificates online, making the process more convenient.
