How to Apply for Haryana Family ID Card?
Step 1: Go the the official Haryana Family ID website
Step 2: On the Homepage of the website click on “Login” then “Citizen Login“

Step 3: After that you Click on “No” button and

Step 4: Now a new window is open in which you have to enter the Aadhaar Number of the Head of Family and OTP will be send on your registered mobile number.

Step 5: Once the correct OTP is entered, the citizen shall be shown the PPP page containing data of all family members registered under the Family ID entered by him on the earlier step.

Step 6: Once the citizen has updated the data for the whole family, he can submit the same on the portal. Once submit button is pushed, SMS regarding the PPP form Updation/Editing shall be sent on the mobile of the Head of Family
Step 7: Thereafter, whenever any member of such a family visits the CSC center to avail any service which is integratedwith PPP or during the camps, the PPP form can be printed, signed by the citizen and uploaded back on the PPPportal. The printed form shall look like the following:

Who Should Apply for Haryana Family ID?
- Permanent Families: Families living permanently in Haryana must get the Family ID. They will receive an 8-digit permanent Family ID.

Visit the official website and click on the “Login as Citizen” option.
Enter your 8-digit Family ID then proceed. After that Select the member in which you want to update
A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number of the family head for verification.

After verifying OTP, you can view and edit family member details or add new family members.
Fill out the form for additions or changes, print it, get signatures of new members, scan and upload it online, then submit.

You will receive SMS alerts on the registered mobile number about the updates.

How to Make Corrections in Haryana Family ID?
There are two ways to correct information in your Family ID:
- Self-Update Mode: You can update details on the Meraparivar portal by entering your Family ID and verifying the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Assistant Mode: If you can’t update online, you can visit the nearest CSC, Saral, or PPP operator for help with your documents to make corrections.
Note: Currently, new Family IDs cannot be created or updated through the self-update option.
Rules for Number of Corrections
- The department regularly verifies family data using different sources.
- Once verified, data cannot be changed.
- After submitting and uploading documents, only one correction per family is allowed.

What is Parivar Pehchan Patra?
Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) aims to build a comprehensive, reliable and accurate database of families residing in the State which can be further utilized by various line departments for welfare scheme delivery across the State. It shall contain details such as the family’s structure, its residential details, social and economic details of each member of the family. A unique 8-digit ID is issued to each family registered in the PPP database. This ID can be used by the family members to apply for any services/schemes of the State linked to PPP
Who can apply for Haryana PPP?
All residents of Haryana, whether rural or urban, can apply for a Family ID. Migrants living in Haryana for work/study can also register.
Is there any fee for making a PPP ID?
No, it is free of cost. However, CSC centers may charge a service fee (usually ₹20–30).
