How to Pay Electricity Bill on Odisha GCMS Portal?
Paying your electricity bill using the GCMS Portal is simple. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the GCMS Portal
- Open the GCMS Portal website on your computer or mobile at this link.
- You can also download the GCMS mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Step 2: Log in to Your Account
- If you already have an account, log in with your user ID and password.
- If you are new, sign up by providing your name, mobile number, and email ID.
Step 3: Go to ‘Electricity Bill Payment’
- Once logged in, click on the ‘Electricity Bill Payment’ option.
- Enter your Consumer ID or Account Number, which you can find on your electricity bill.
Step 4: Check Your Bill Details
- Your current bill will be shown on the screen.
- Check the details, such as the amount you need to pay and the due date.
Step 5: Make the Payment
- Choose how you want to pay (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).

Step 3: Fill in the Details
- Enter the required details, like your Consumer ID and a brief description of the problem.
Step 4: Submit the Complaint
