Delhi Majdur Sahayata Yojana 2025

The Delhi government announced lockdown 2.0 which will continue till 3rd May 2024. Because of this lockdown, many workers are facing difficulties. To support them, the Delhi government is running the Delhi Majdur Sahayata Yojana. Through this scheme, workers will receive ₹5000 as financial help. The Delhi government has set a budget of 100 crores for this scheme to benefit around 2.11 lakh workers directly. The first installment has already been released and the second installment was given on 25 April 2024.

Along with this financial help, the government will also provide ready meals to the workers. They can collect this food from their district headquarters at about 150 centers.
