- Visit the CMLIS Nagaland Portal.
- Click on the “Register|Login” button on the homepage.
- Choose “CMHIS CARD ID” under Select Type if you already have a CMHIS Card.
- Enter your Card ID and click “Check PMJAY ID” to verify your eligibility.
Note: Verification must be done by 5th September 2024.
Registration for Families Not Covered Under CMHIS
If your family is not covered by a CMHIS card, you can register as follows:
- Rural residents can register through the Nagaland Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM).
- Urban residents can register through local Offices of the Deputy Commissioner (DC), Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), or Executive Assistant Commissioner (EAC).
