- Rural residents can register through the Nagaland Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM).
- Urban residents can register through local Offices of the Deputy Commissioner (DC), Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), or Executive Assistant Commissioner (EAC).
