A total of 1247 beneficiaries were selected under the Mukhyamantri Alpsankhyak Udyami Yojana through computerized random selection. Industry Minister Sameer Kumar Mahaseth, Minority Welfare Minister Mohammad Jama Khan, and officials were present for the selection. The scheme offers a 5 lakh rupee grant and a 5 lakh rupee loan for business startups.
Applications were accepted from 5 to 20 October 2024. Out of 28,260 applications received, 1247 were randomly chosen. A 3% reservation is given to persons with disabilities. The beneficiary list will soon be published on the official website.
