- Click on “Generate OTP” and enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number.
- Click “Proceed” to get a 12-digit registration ID. Keep this ID safe so you can make corrections if needed.
- Enter the type and number of saplings you want to plant.
- You can save your details as draft if you want to make changes later, or submit the form if the information is complete.
- Upload all required documents and a passport size photo.
- Click on “Submit” to finish the application.
- You can print the submitted application by using the “Print Application” option.
