Bihar Kishori Balika Yojana 2025
This scheme is run by the Bihar Government’s Social Welfare Department through the Integrated Child Development Services Directorate under the Mission Saksham Anganwadi and Nutrition 2.0 program. Its goal is to improve health and nutrition for girls aged 14 to 18 across all communities in Bihar.
Girls will receive nutrition support, including Take Home Ration (THR), for 25 days every month. This helps meet their physical needs during adolescence.
Right now, the scheme is active in only 13 districts of Bihar. Applications are accepted through Anganwadi centers. The last date to apply was 15 February 2024.

Main Goal of Kishori Balika Yojana
The main goal is to support the physical growth of adolescent girls in Bihar. The state provides nutritious food for 25 days every month. Girls need to register on the Nutrition Tracker app through Anganwadi centers and complete Aadhaar verification by 15 February 2024 to get benefits. Only after verification will girls receive nutritional and other services.

- Go to the nearest Anganwadi center.
- Tell the Anganwadi worker you want to apply for Kishori Balika Yojana.
- Submit all the required documents as asked.
- The Anganwadi worker will register you and verify your Aadhaar card.
- You will get a receipt after successful registration – keep it safe.
- Only after Aadhaar verification will you get nutritional and other benefits.
