Facilities Offered by West Bengal Health Scheme

  • Beneficiaries are entitled to cashless indoor treatment expenses up to ₹1,00,000 at empanelled hospitals for each hospitalization.
  • Treatment in non-empanelled hospitals provides reimbursement of 60% (or 80% if the hospital has more than 80 beds) of the approved cost or the actual amount paid, whichever is lower.
  • Reimbursement claims for indoor treatment exceeding ₹1,00,000 can be made to the DDO/PSA.
  • Costs incurred from OPD treatments within thirty days of hospitalization for the same condition will also be reimbursed.
