Assam Teacher Transfer Portal – The Assam Department of Education has opened an online portal for the transfer of teachers. This is a mutual and single transfer process. The Education Department of the Government of Assam has decided to alter the customary practice of transferring teachers from offline to online to enhance the quality of Education and maintain improved Pupil Teacher Ratios (PTR) in the schools. The “Teacher Transfer Management System” or TTMS, an online portal created by the education department, has been made available as part of this procedure. How to Sign Up for Assam Teacher Transfer Online Portal
All categories of Assam government/provincialized school teachers who want to be relocated to desired areas can now do so online, from Lower Primary (LP) to Senior Secondary Schools (SS). He or she may now register and submit their service profile information within the allotted time frame through the TTMS portal for this purpose. They won’t be able to submit their preference for transfer until they have submitted their service profile information.

Assam Teacher Transfer Portal Online Registration Procedure
- Go to the official website of the Assam Teacher Transfer Portal.
- Select “Create Account” from the menu.
- Type in the necessary information, including Name, Email Address, Gender, DOB, and Mobile Number.
- Then click the “Submit” button.
- Once more, click the Submit Service Profile link, and then use the Login button to access the TTMS portal.
- After logging in, you must complete the 11 areas below with your personal information as requested:

The following documents must be uploaded by all teachers who want to be transferred or posted to their preferred places.
- TET Marksheet cum Certificate
- D. El Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet
- HSLC Mark sheet
- HSSLC Mark sheet
- Graduation Mark sheet
- Post Graduation Mark sheet
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Appointment Letter
- Cast Certificate
Note: It is not necessary to upload the TET mark sheet, cum certificate, and OD. El. Ed. or B. Ed mark sheet for teachers who started before September 3, 2001.
Each of the additional documents shouldn’t be more than 300KB.
Photograph & Signature
Teachers must upload a scanned copy of their signature and one clear passport-size photo. Each file’s maximum size should be 50 KB.

Single Transfer Procedure:
The online transfer portal for single transfer applications for intra- and inter-district transfers has been made available as of midnight on August 9, 2024. Teachers who are interested may submit applications on the following grounds and provide supporting documentation:
