How to Register on AP Sand Booking Portal
To use the portal, you must register either as a General Consumer or a Bulk Consumer. Follow the steps that suit your needs.
General Consumer Registration Steps
- Visit the official AP Sand Booking website
- Click on the “Registration” option in the menu bar
- Choose “General Consumer Registration” from the drop-down list
- Enter your mobile number and click “Send OTP”
- Input the OTP sent to your phone and submit
- Fill in your Aadhaar number and submit
- Enter your full residential address: Name, District, Rural/Urban area, Mandal/Municipality, Grama Panchayat/Ward, Door number, Landmark, Pin code, and Email ID
- Tick the checkbox to agree to the terms and click “Next”
- Hit the “Register” button to complete your registration and move to ordering sand

Bulk Consumer Registration Guide
- Go to the official AP Sand Booking website
- Select “Registration” from the menu
- Click on “Bulk Consumer Registration” option
- Enter your mobile number and click “Send OTP”
- Enter the OTP and submit
- Fill your GST Number and click “Get GST Details” to auto-fill company details including Company Name, Trade Name, Mobile Number, and Registered Address
- Provide your location details: Name, District, Rural/Urban area, Mandal/Municipality, Grama Panchayat/Ward, Door Number, Landmark, Pin Code, and Email ID
- Tick the checkbox and click “Next”
- Press “Register” to complete registration
How to Book Sand Online at sand.ap.gov.in
- Visit the official website
- Choose “Booking” from the menu
- Select “Online Sand Booking” from the drop-down
- Log in using your mobile number and click “Send OTP” to get verification code
- Input the OTP and submit to log in
Booking for General Consumers
- Click on “Send Order” and a form will appear
- Select the type of work, construction type, size of construction, and required sand quantity
- Enter delivery address details including Name, District, Rural/Urban area, Mandal/Municipality, Grama Panchayat/Ward, Door number, Landmark, and Pin code
- Choose Stockyard District and name, check available quantity and sand price details
- Click “Continue Payment” and select “Online Payment”
- Choose payment method: SBI or PAYU
- Fill in payment details and click “Pay Now” to complete payment
Booking for Bulk Consumers
- Click on “Add Order” after logging in
- Fill in details: Type of work, Work order/Plan approval number, Construction type, Size, Certified sand quantity, and other info
- Upload relevant certificates and supporting documents
- Provide address details similar to general consumers
- Click “Submit” to complete order registration
- Wait for approval. Refresh your login to check status
- Once approved, click on your bulk order reference number
- Review order details and click “Payment” to proceed
- Choose online payment method and complete payment
District Wise List of Sand Stockyards in Andhra Pradesh
Starting from July 8, 2024, a free sand policy resumed across all sand stockyards in Andhra Pradesh, following government instructions. Each consumer can get up to 20MT of sand daily until supply becomes stable. Sand is available from 6 AM to 6 PM. The government supplies sand without charging revenue share but asks for payment of operation costs, taxes, and levies online.
