Main Features of AICTE SSPCA Scheme

Important notes: Applying does not guarantee approval. Submit your documents at least 3 months before the event starts, and final proposals must reach AICTE at least 2 months ahead. If multiple applications for the same competition come from one institution, only the first one is considered.
How Your Proposal Is Approved

- Competitions are divided into Category 2d (automatic selection if eligible) and Category 1d (decided based on expert recommendations).
- AICTE makes the final decision on funding after expert evaluations.
Grant Release Process

5,000 or actual cost, whichever is less. - Visa application fees, airport taxes, travel health insurance.
- Lodging and boarding expenses during the competition.
