  • The applicant should be a permanent resident of the state of Assam.
  • The applicant should possess an Aadhar-seeded ration card holder.

  • The widows, unmarried women (45+), divorced, deserted, and transgender are eligible to apply under this scheme.
  • The Divyangjan individuals, irrespective of gender are eligible for applying under this scheme.
  • Elderly or infirm women are eligible to apply under this scheme.
  • Women from households where earners are disabled or elderly are eligible to apply under this scheme.
  • Women with HIV, Thalassemia, hemophilia, cerebral palsy, leprosy, or Autism are eligible to apply under this scheme.
  • The women who don’t have any permanent place to live are eligible to apply under this scheme.

Ineligibility Criteria

  • The households of MPs, MLAs, CEMs, Ems, or their ex-counterparts are not eligible for applying under this scheme.
  • The members of panchayat raj, urban local bodies, and autonomous councils are not eligible.
  • Doctors, engineers, architects, CAs, lawyers, bankers, and teachers are not eligible.
  • Government contractors, real estate agents, industrialists, trade license holders, businessmen, and income taxpayers are not eligible.
  • Households with motorized four-wheelers are not eligible.
  • No marginal landholders
  • Beneficiaries of similar cash schemes like “orunodoi plus” are not eligible.
