One of the 31 Mission Mode Projects (MMPs) that the state governments are doing is called e-District. The e-District Tripura project is being carried out by the Government of Tripura’s Directorate of Information Technology. Residents of the state can use the portal to access a range of government services from the convenience of their own homes. For simple and transparent access, it integrates several government services. This portal allows users to apply, browse, download, track, and file grievances. The Tripura e-district Portal provides 47 services at the moment. A paradigm shift in the citizen-centric service delivery method is being defined by the platform.

To register on the E-District Tripura Portal, the user needs to follow the below given steps:
- First of all, go to the official website of e-District Tripura i.e., https://edistrict.tripura.gov.in/
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Click on the Citizen Registration tab
- The registration form will open on the screen
- Now, fill in the form with all the required details like name, email id, phone number, state, etc
- After that, create an 8-15-character password for the portal.
- Finally, enter the captcha code and click on the submit button
Steps to Apply for Income Certificates
To apply for Income Certificates through E-District Tripura, the user needs to follow the below given steps:
- First of all, go to the official website i.e., https://edistrict.tripura.gov.in/
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Now, login to your account using your login credentials
- Click on the Apply for services option followed by Available Services option
- After that, click on the Income Certificate option
- The application form will open on the screen
- Now, fill in the form with all the required details
- After that, upload all the required documents
- Finally, click on the submit button to complete the process

To track the Application Status on e-District Tripura Portal, the user needs to follow the below given steps:
- First of all, go to the official website i.e., https://edistrict.tripura.gov.in/
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Click on the Track Your Application tab
- A new page will open on the screen with two tracking options i.e.,
- The application reference number
- OTP/ Application details
- Now, select one of the option and enter the respective number
- Finally, your application status will open on the screen
