The portal investigates reports of child pornography (CP), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or sexually graphic material like rape/gang rape (CP/RGR). Additionally, it logs complaints about cybercrime, including hacking, ransomware, financial scams, cryptocurrency crimes, and social media and mobile crimes. The cybercrime platform received almost 400,000 complaints in less than a year, and half of these complaints were about money thefts, according to a 2024report published in Outlook India.
