STEP 1: In order to apply new Ration Card in Telangana, candidates can visit the official Meeseva website at https://ts.meeseva.telangana.gov.in
STEP 2: At the homepage of the website click on “Application Form” under section “Downloads”
STEP 3: At the opened page, hit at the “Civil Supplies” link to open the Telangana Civil Supplies Department Application Forms
STEP 4: In these forms, click on the “Application For New Food Security Card” link to open the New Telangana Food Security Card online application form. You can also click this direct link to download ration card application form.
STEP 5: After downloading the application form, take a print out of TS new ration card application form.
STEP 6: Fill all the following necessary information in the application form such as applicant name, age, gender, father name, address details, mobile no., qualification details, district, region, no of family members, total income of family etc.
STEP 7: Attach all documents, and submit the application form with prescribed fee. And do not forget to take an acknowledgement slip from MeeSeva center.

There is no application form filling fee and there is no requirement to pay any fees while applying online for new ration card in Telangana. However, applicants can collect their ration cards from the concerned authorities on making a payment of Rs. 10 per copy.
