Overview of Rajasthan Dalit Adivasi Udyam Protsahan Yojana 2025
This scheme will create incubation and training centres just for Dalit and tribal youth to help you start your own businesses. An investment of 100 crore rupees will be used to set up these centres. The Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI) and the Indian Confederation will run the training programmes.
Selected industries under this scheme will get up to 10% funding from the RECo/Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund, with a maximum of 25 lakh rupees per unit. Also, the land allocation limit for entrepreneurs in RECo industrial areas will rise from 2000 square meters to 4000 square meters.
To support these startups more, an extra 1% interest subsidy will be given under the Chief Minister Small Industry Promotion Scheme. Eligible units will also get a full refund on State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) for seven years. The government plans to spend 525 crore rupees over 5 financial years on margin money support, CGST refunds, and interest subsidies as part of this scheme.

- Full exemption from stamp duty for land purchase, lease, and loan documents, with 25% stamp duty reimbursed to established industries.
- An extra 1% interest subsidy under the Chief Minister Small Industry Promotion Scheme is available for eligible entrepreneurs.
