Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must belong to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
  • The applicants who are partially (40%) or fully disabled (Divyang Jan).
  • The applicant must be a holder of a BPL ration Card.
  • The applicant beneficiaries must be under PradhanMantri Jan AarogyaYojana (PMJAY) under Ayushman Bharat.

Selection of Beneficiary

  • The applicants will be selected based on their clearance of eligibility criteria.
