Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must belong to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
- The applicants who are partially (40%) or fully disabled (Divyang Jan).
- The applicant must be a holder of a BPL ration Card.

Selection of Beneficiary
- The applicants will be selected based on their clearance of eligibility criteria.

STEP 2: After visiting the homepage the applicant must click on the option Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) under the heading Branches/Services/Schemes.

STEP 4: Scroll down to the end of the page and click on the option download on the Download Form 1 A. The applicant must submit the form to the respective Anganwadi authorities.

STEP 6: While submitting the form, the beneficiary must submit her Aadhaar details with her written consent, her/husband/family member‟s Mobile Number, and her Bank/Post Office account details.
STEP 7: After submitting the application form to the concerned Anganwadi authorities the applicants will receive financial assistance very soon.
