- EV users can now take advantage of the demand incentive offered by the scheme by using e-vouchers, which are being introduced by the Ministry of Heavy Industry (MHI). An e-KYC Aadhaar FACE validated e-Voucher will be generated by the scheme portal for the customer at the moment of purchase. The registered cellphone number of the customer will receive a link to download the e-voucher
