How Beneficiaries Are Identified
Beneficiaries are identified using the government insurance policy number linked to the HRMS database. The Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust has access to this data, including details of the employee’s spouse, parents (including stepmothers if their income is below Rs 6000 per month and they live with the employee), and dependent children (biological, stepchild, or adopted). If a government employee is already covered by a similar government-sponsored health scheme, they cannot use this scheme.
