How to Register and Login on NESL e-UDBHAVAM Portal in 2025
- Go to the official e-UDBHAVAM website.
- Click on “Individual User Registration” on the side panel.
- Complete registration in 4 steps:
Step 1: Provide Basic Details and Set Password
- Enter your mobile number and email ID.
- Choose KYC ID type (PAN or Voter ID) and enter the number.
- Create and confirm your password.
- Accept terms and proceed.
Step 2: Complete Aadhaar KYC
- Upload your Aadhaar document and complete KYC authentication.
Step 3: Face Authentication
- Upload your live photo for facial verification against Aadhaar photo to prevent fraud.
- Review all data and submit.
- You will get confirmation of successful registration.
Businesses and firms must have their authorized person complete this registration process.
Uploading Documents and Paying Stamp Duty
- Log in to the e-UDBHAVAM portal with your details.
- Choose from options: “Execute New Agreement,” “View Transaction History,” or “View Pending Agreements.”
- Select “Karnataka” as the state.
- Upload your document (max 5MB) and verify it.
- Enter PAN details and submit.
- Preview the agreement details.
- Pay stamp duty through the portal’s digital payment gateway, connected with the e-Stamping system managed by SHCIL.
- After payment, the e-stamp will be added to your document electronically.
E-Sign Process on NESL e-UDBHAVAM Portal
- After payment, continue to e-sign the agreement.
- The portal sends requests to each party for their digital signature using Aadhaar OTP, biometric, or Digital Signature Certificate.
- Once all parties sign, the fully completed document is ready without any physical meeting.
