Overview of Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme
Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy started the Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme on 18th January 2024. This plan includes a detailed resurvey of all lands in Andhra Pradesh and creating digital records. Once this survey is done, land registration at village secretariats will begin. After registration, landowners get QR code-based smart title cards. This new system will make land records more secure and clear. The big survey started on 21st December and senior officials keep checking the progress. Experts will keep improving the security of these digital records for extra safety.
Main Goal of AP Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme
The main aim of the Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha Scheme is to build proper digital land records for Andhra Pradesh. These records are made from a full resurvey of land to prevent any illegal changes later. Landowners get smart title cards with their name, photo, unique ID, and QR code to keep all land dealings safe. Hard copies of land titles will also be given. This system stops fake land registration and removes the need for middlemen in land transactions. Also, no changes can be made to land records without the owner’s knowledge.
