The Kerala State Youth Welfare Board organizes Keralotsavam 2025 with local government bodies. Activities happen from the Gram Panchayat level up to the state level. The competitions at the basic level are divided into Corporation, Municipality, and Gram Panchayat categories, with local authorities managing events at these stages. Winners from the Gram Panchayat level move up to block level contests. This year, there will be 66 different arts events and 48 sports competitions. Those who do well at block levels can compete at district events, and district winners qualify for state-level contests.
