The government is constructing around 2.80 lakh two-bedroom houses through this plan. Each flat costs about Rs 5.30 lakhs to build. Funding for this scheme comes from sources like PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana), HUDCO loans, and state government funds totaling thousands of crores.

Updates on Different Phases of 2BHK Scheme
Fourth Phase List
The Telangana government will soon release the 4th phase list of beneficiaries under the 2BHK Housing Scheme. Those who applied for the houses can check their names in the list, which will be available as a PDF on the official website. This list is important because it shows who will get the housing benefit. The list will include the serial number and names of selected families. If your name is not on the list, it means you were not selected this time. Final selection is based on eligibility determined by the government.
Third Phase List
On 27th September 2024, Telangana released the 3rd phase beneficiary list for this scheme. This list covers four districts: Hyderabad (15 constituencies), Medchal-Malkajgiri (4 constituencies), Rangareddy (4 constituencies), and Sangareddy (1 constituency). Beneficiaries can find their names along with details like Aadhaar number and mobile number in the list. You can access the list on the Hyderabad district official website.
Second Phase List
On 17th September 2024, the Telangana government announced the 2nd phase beneficiary list for Hyderabad district. The names of selected applicants along with Aadhaar and phone numbers appear in the PDF on the official portal.

- Choose your district and constituency
- The PDF list will appear on the screen
