PM Swamitva Yojana is a government scheme that gives rural households property ownership rights through digital records. This scheme helps you find your land details online and makes owning property in villages easier. Started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the scheme supports Digital India and improves governance in rural areas.
Overview of PM Swamitva Yojana 2025
PM Swamitva Yojana, launched by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, aims to map rural inhabited lands using drone technology, creating detailed property cards for village households. It clearly identifies property owners, reduces land disputes, and makes it easier to get bank loans against property. The government collects accurate land records of villages and provides official property documents to residents.
