Important Conditions for Applicants
- The maximum land plot size allowed is 60 square meters.
- The District Collector manages the availability of the land.
- Only families living in the respective village can apply.
- Family means husband, wife, and unmarried children.

Land Allotment Process
- Village officials check applications and send them to the Tehsildar.
- Lists of eligible and ineligible applicants are prepared.
- These lists are published in the village for 10 days to invite objections and suggestions.
- After checking objections, the final list is published in the gram sabha.
- The Tehsildar issues orders to allot plots to verified applicants.
- No premium is collected; land revenue rules apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- The applicant should not own a solid house or land.
- Households earning by casual labour and owning no land can apply.
- Families without males aged 16 to 59 or no literate adults over 25 years qualify.
- Families with no independently owned home qualify.
- Families owning more than 5 acres of land are not eligible.
- Families must have a Public Distribution System ration card.
- Family members paying income tax or employed in government service are not eligible.

How to Apply for Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu Adhikar Yojana
